Our process
We can assess your boiler needs initially in one or ways by either a facetime video call or by a face-to-face onsite survey.
Facetime survey
These surveys are great to get the ball rolling asap. For us to gauge the type of work required and help you gain a good understanding of our recommendations.
In most cases we can provide an estimate from this alone so no need to wait in doors for a surveyor.
We may, in some cases, need to carry out an onsite inspection if we are unable to gain all the information we need or if you require a more complex quote.
Onsite survey
Sometimes it’s just nice to meet the people you will be entrusting with your heating and hot water requirements face-to-face.
Technology also might not be your thing.
We understand and are happy to carry out a free onsite survey to provide you with a quotation.
The Installation
Communication is our top priority , keeping you informed throughout the installation to ensure you are fully in the know.
We will confirm your appointment and send you reminders leading up to the agreed date.
Our engineers will also update you when they are on their way with a link so you can track their progress.
Once we are in your home we will stay true to our moto and “treat your home, like it’s our own”. We will protect all surfaces that are a potential risk of damage and walk you through what is scheduled to happen during the installation.
Once the installation is complete, our engineers will talk you through your new system to ensure you understand how everything works and how you can get the most out of your new heating system.
The office will then follow up within a few days with all your relevant documentation regarding your new boiler.
