Grant applications made for heat pumps which are submitted on or after Monday 23 October 2023 will receive the increased grant amount, subject to meeting BUS eligibility criteria and successfully redeeming the voucher within the validity period.

Are you eligible?
This scheme is open to all UK homeowners, but it’s important to ensure you have the following:
- an EPC no more than 10 years old
- suitable Loft and Cavities insulation if applicable
- own the property
- suitable space outside the property for an ASHP unit
- space inside the property to house the new water cylinder
If you do not currently have an EPC these are very quick and easy to produce from a local energy assessor. Ask a local Estate Agent for details or simply search the internet for a local search.
The terms and conditions
This £4999 Price is based on a 3 or 4-bedroom house using a Vaillant 7KW Arotherm Plus ASHP and 200-litre Hot Water cylinder and includes 3 new upsized Stelrad type 22 radiators to ensure an efficient system. For larger systems, there may be some additional charges.
Electrical aspects include power for the ASHP and controls assuming the current consumer board is appropriate.
Any extra work or requested changes outside of this offer could create extra costs. We will share any extra costs before any potential instruction or order.
